How Your Information Is Stored
Submissions are stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider, with access restricted by row-level security policies so that only authorized Digital Reforge personnel can view submitted data. When you submit the form, an automated notification email is sent to our team via Resend, a transactional email provider, so we can respond promptly.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping, or until you request that we delete it (see "Your Rights" below).
Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party providers to operate our website and respond to inquiries. Each processes data under their own privacy and security practices:
- Supabase — database hosting and storage of form submissions
- Resend — delivery of internal notification emails when a new inquiry is received
- HostingRaja / Netlify — web hosting for this website
Email Communications (CAN-SPAM & CASL)
If we send you email communications related to your inquiry or our services, we commit to:
- Using accurate, non-deceptive subject lines and sender information
- Identifying the message as coming from Digital Reforge
- Including our physical business address
- Honoring any request to stop receiving communications from us promptly
