These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of digitalreforge.com and any services provided by Digital Reforge ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting an audit request, engaging our services, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Our Service Model
Digital Reforge offers a free website audit and a free prototype build before any payment is required. Specifically:
- We provide a complimentary audit of your existing website or business, typically delivered within 72 hours of your request.
- If you choose to proceed, we build a free prototype based on that audit, typically within 5–7 business days.
- You are under no obligation to pay unless you review and approve the prototype. If you do not approve it, you owe us nothing.
- Upon approval, we agree on project scope and pricing before any invoice is issued, and deployment proceeds after that agreement.
Services We Offer
Depending on the engagement, our services may include website design and development, SEO strategy, social media management, content marketing, Google Ads management, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any paid engagement will be confirmed with you in writing (email or a project agreement) before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver an accurate audit and a relevant prototype, we rely on you to:
- Provide accurate information about your business, website, and goals
- Respond to requests for feedback, access, or approvals in a timely manner
- Provide any content, assets, or credentials (e.g., domain or hosting access) needed to complete a paid engagement
Payment
No payment is required for the audit or the initial prototype. Once you approve a prototype and agree to proceed, payment terms (amount, schedule, and method) will be set out in your project agreement or invoice. Prices are quoted per project and may vary based on scope, complexity, and the industry-specific requirements discussed with you.
Ownership
Once a paid engagement is completed and paid for, the resulting code, content, and design assets created for you are yours. We do not lock clients into our hosting or charge a fee to leave. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary methods we use to deliver the work remain ours.
Cancellation
You may decline to proceed at any point before approving a prototype at no cost and with no obligation. For paid engagements already underway, cancellation terms will be set out in the applicable project agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
While we aim to improve your website's performance, conversion rate, and search visibility, digital marketing and web development outcomes (traffic, rankings, leads, revenue) depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific business results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Reforge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any paid engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement.
Third-Party Services
Our website and services may rely on third-party providers (for example, form and database hosting, email delivery, or web hosting) as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third parties that are outside our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.
